The Greater Accra East Women’s Ministries has successfully held the second edition of its Purposeful Women Conference at the Fountain of Glory Assemblies of God, located on the Spintex Road.
The two-day conference brought together women’s ministries and their auxiliaries from the Greater Accra East Region. It aimed to empower women to discover their essence, prioritise self-care, and serve their families with renewed strength and purpose.
Renowned speakers
Renowned speakers who featured at the event included Dr. Lenusia Ahlija, Lady Gifty Debrah, and Lawyer Theodosia Naana Quartey, among others. They shared valuable insights on topics such as “The Roles of a Purposeful Woman,” “Breaking Limitations,” “The Woman and the Law,” “Managing Stress,” and more.
Lady Gifty Debrah encouraged participants to hold firmly to their faith and remain focused, no matter the distractions around them.
Significance
The Regional Director of the Greater Accra East Women’s Ministries, Rev. Georgina Abotsi, emphasised the significance of the conference, noting that it is designed to inspire, equip, and strengthen women in all aspects of their lives.
Participants left the event feeling empowered and motivated, with many expressing gratitude for the opportunity to grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
