Rev. Roland Mireku installed as Pastor of Word Temple Assemblies of God

The Word Temple Assemblies of God has installed Rev. Ronald Darko Mireku as the new pastor to lead the congregation into a new era of spiritual growth and development.

 

The installation service, held at the church’s premises, was officiated by the Regional Superintendent of Greater Accra West - Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Michael Ayesu, alongside other clergy members.

 

In a spirit-filled ceremony, Rev. Mireku took the oath of office, pledging to serve with diligence, humility, and integrity in shepherding the flock of God.

 

Charged to Serve

 

Delivering the installation sermon, the General Secretary of Assemblies of God,Ghana Rev. Dr Ernest Birinkorang encouraged the newly installed pastor to be a faithful steward of God's word and lead the church with love, prayer, and vision.

 

“The work of the ministry is a divine calling, and anyone called must serve with humility, dedication, and passion. Lead the congregation not by power, but by the wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit,” Rev. Birinkorang charged.

 

Commitment to Vision

 

In his acceptance speech, Rev. Mireku expressed his gratitude to God, the church leadership, friends, and the entire congregation for their support.

 

"I accept this responsibility with a heart of humility and gratitude. I am committed to building a vibrant church where the word of God transforms lives and souls are won for Christ," he stated.

 

He further called on the congregation to unite in prayer and support as they embark on a journey to advance the mission of the church.

 

Prayers

 

The ceremony was marked with prayers, worship, and prophetic declarations over the life and ministry of Rev. Mireku. The congregation pledged their unflinching support to their new pastor as they look forward to a season of revival and growth.

 

The installation service ended with a time of thanksgiving, celebration, and blessings for the new leadership and the entire congregation.

 

The installation service brought together ministers of the gospel, church leaders, family, and friends, who celebrated the new chapter in the life of Rev. Mireku and the Word Temple Assemblies of God.

 

General Council

 

In a congratulatory message from the General Council and the Executive Presbytery (EP) of the Assemblies of God Ghana, they prayed that with the help of God, and the full support of his wife (Her Ladyship Mrs Priscilla Dapaah Mireku) as well as the cooperation of the church board, Rev. Mireku would take Word Temple Assemblies of God to a higher pedestal.

 

"As we install you today to officially superintend over Word Temple AG, as the Senior Pastor, we pray for heavenly wisdom, spirit of excellence and God’s intervening patience, as you steer the affairs of this church to the next level"the Assemblies of God Leadership added.
